Welcome to Pelagic Pirate Charters - A Fishing Trip Experience Like No Other in Miami!

We are a simple couple from South Florida living our best life doing what we love together! We are truly passionate about the ocean and fishing, which makes our bond inseparable. Little did we know that our passion would flourish into our dream job. We now run a full-time fishing charter company called Pelagic Pirate Charters out of Miami, FL.

Our charter company is not just about catching fish, it’s not just another charter, we always pour our heart and soul into a world-class fishing experience for anyone of any age who steps foot on our boat. Our main focus during your fishing adventure is to guide you through every step of the trip in a fun and instructional environment. We love what we do, and it shows from the second you step on board.

Captain Ozzy

Capt. Ozzy is a South Florida native with a lifetime of fishing experience both inshore and offshore. Growing up in Miami has given Ozzy the opportunity to fish for everything from tarpon in the bay to billfish on the edge. The passion and love he has for fishing is evident from the moment you step on board. When he is not guiding clients, he is commercially catching lobster, stone crab, and shrimp, and on his off days, you bet he is out fishing! Ozzy prides himself on his customer service and looks forward to the opportunity of showing you just that!

First Mate Ms. Yari

First Mate Ms. Yari is captain Ozzy’s right hand, and often the left as well. Yari was born in Cuba but came to South Florida at a very young age with a passion for the ocean and fishing. Alongside Capt. Ozzy, she has mastered many skills and has one GOAL in mind and that’s to deliver the BEST (environment or adventure) possible while providing a fun, safe trip with all the assistance that can be provided to guide our guests each step of the way. It will be our pleasure if you’d Join us on a fun, one-of-a-kind experience to explore these beautiful grounds as you chase a variety of fish together with a wonderful team.
